The room is equipped with a queen-size bed, 3-door wardrobe, desk with storage, bedside table, curtains, mirror, bookcase, and balcony. The colors of the walls promote a good mood and aid in studying.

About this shared home

Located on the first floor, bright and very spacious. Approximately 100 square meters in size. It consists of a kitchen with balcony and splendid view of the Tower of Pisa, 1 bathroom with shower, and 4 single rooms (2 of which have a shared balcony). The apartment has been beautifully renovated to meet all our students' needs and is furnished with new furniture. Equipped with Wi-Fi, washing machine, and fully equipped kitchen. 1) We do not ask for any monthly security deposit (0 deposit)! 2) We only ask for a one-time initial payment of €390 (this is not a security deposit and will not be refunded) which covers taxes and contract registration costs, maintenance service, cleaning, and initial cleaning of the apartment for the entire period.
