The room is equipped with a queen-size bed, 3-door wardrobe, desk with storage, nightstand, curtains, mirror, and bookcase. The colors of the walls promote good mood and help with studying.

Located on the first floor, bright and very spacious. Approximately 100 square meters in size. It consists of a kitchen with balcony and splendid view of the Tower of Pisa, 1 bathroom with shower, and 4 single rooms (2 of which have a shared balcony). The apartment has been beautifully renovated to meet all our students' needs and is furnished with new furniture. Equipped with Wi-Fi, washing machine, and fully equipped kitchen. 1) We do not ask for any monthly security deposit (0 deposit)! 2) We only ask for a one-time initial payment of €390 (this is not a security deposit and will not be refunded) which covers taxes and contract registration costs, maintenance service, cleaning, and initial cleaning of the apartment for the entire period.
