The room is equipped with a single bed, parquet flooring, 3-door wardrobe, desk with storage, bedside table, curtains, mirror, and bookcase. The colors of the walls promote good mood and help with studying.

About this shared home

Located on the fourth floor of a modern and elegant building, bright and very spacious. 160 square meters of floor space. It consists of a kitchen with balcony, 3 bathrooms, and 8 single rooms. The apartment has been beautifully renovated to meet all the needs of our students. It is equipped with fiber WI-FI, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, 2 refrigerators, freezer, and all accessories included). It has indoor bike storage. Important points: 1) We do not require a security deposit (0 deposit)! 2) We only require a one-time initial fee of €390 (this is not a security deposit and will not be refunded) which covers taxes and contract registration costs, maintenance service, cleaning, and initial cleaning of the apartment for the entire period.
