In the “Mediaworld” area, a strategic and sought-after location, a beautiful single room is available for rent. Simple room, specially renovated to offer comfort and convenience to our students. The room is equipped with an LED TV, queen-size bed, 3-door wardrobe, desk with storage, bedside table, curtains, mirror, bookcase; access to a bright and spacious terrace shared with the adjacent room.

Located on the third floor, bright and very spacious with 2 large terraces. Approximately 160 square meters in size. It consists of a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and 5 large single rooms. The apartment has been beautifully renovated to meet all the needs of our students. Equipped with Wi-Fi, washing machine, and fully equipped kitchen. Important points: 1) We do not require a security deposit (0 deposit)! 2) We only require a one-time initial amount of €390 (this is not a security deposit and will not be refunded) which covers taxes and contract registration costs, maintenance service, cleaning, and initial cleaning of the apartment for the entire period.
