The house is available immediately until April 30, 2026. It is located 8 minutes on foot from the Castiglioncello train station. The train from Castiglioncello to Pisa takes about 30 minutes. The area is very quiet and peaceful, ideal for studying. The apartment consists of two rooms: one double, one twin with two single beds. I am looking for 4 / 3 students from the University of Pisa for a temporary rental. The rent is 850 € in total, which is 284 €/ 213€ per person.
