Located on the first floor of a detached house, bright and very spacious. 107 square meters of floor space. It consists of a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and 7 single rooms. The apartment has been beautifully renovated to meet all our students' needs. Equipped with fiber WI-FI, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and all accessories included). It offers a wonderful 80 sqm terrace, very bright and quiet, and has indoor parking for cars, motorcycles, and bicycles. 1) We do not ask for any monthly security deposit (0 deposit)! 2) We only ask for a one-time initial payment of €390 (this is not a security deposit and will not be refunded) which covers taxes and contract registration costs, maintenance service, cleaning, and initial cleaning of the apartment for the entire period.
