Dotato di WI-FI, lavatrice, cucina equipaggiata. 1) We do not ask for any monthly security deposit (0 deposit)! 2) We only ask for a one-time initial fee of €390 (this is not a security deposit and will not be refunded) which covers taxes and contract registration costs, breakdown maintenance service, cleaning, and initial cleaning of the apartment for the entire period.
