Upon signing the contract, you will also be required to pay Club Stanza Semplice €380, valid for the entire duration of the contract, in order to take advantage of additional services (this is not a deposit)

The flat is on the fourth floor, bright and very spacious, with an area of approximately 145 square metres. It consists of a kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 7 single bedrooms. The flat has been excellently renovated to meet all the needs of our students. Equipped with Wi-Fi, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen.
