The room is equipped with a single bed, LED TV, 2-door wardrobe, desk with storage, bedside table, curtains, mirror, and bookcase. French window overlooking the balcony. The colors of the walls promote good mood and help with studying.

Located on the third floor, bright and well exposed. 180 square meters of floor space. It consists of a kitchen, 1 bathroom, and 4 single rooms. The apartment has been beautifully renovated to meet all the needs of our students. Equipped with fiber WI-FI, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and all accessories included). 1) We do not ask for any monthly security deposit (0 deposit)! 2) We only ask for a one-time initial amount of €390 (this is not a security deposit and will not be refunded) which covers taxes and contract registration costs, breakdown maintenance service, cleaning, and initial cleaning of the apartment for the entire period.
