Located on the second floor, bright and very spacious. 200 square meters of floor space. It consists of a 30 square meter kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and 8 single rooms. The apartment has been beautifully renovated to meet all the needs of our students. Equipped with WI-FI, washing machine, and fully equipped kitchen. This apartment also includes monthly professional cleaning of the common areas. Monthly price for an 11-month contract. Upon signing the contract, you will also be required to pay €380, valid for the entire duration of the contract, in order to take advantage of additional services
