In the San Benedetto area, a strategic and sought-after location, a beautiful standard single room is available for rent, specially renovated to offer comfort and convenience to our students. The room is equipped with a single bed, 2-door wardrobe, desk, chair, curtains, and mirror. The colors of the walls promote a positive mood and aid in studying.

Located on the third floor, bright and very spacious. Approximately 300 square meters in size. It consists of a kitchen, 5 bathrooms, and 14 single rooms. The apartment has been beautifully renovated to meet all the needs of our students. Equipped with Wi-Fi, washing machine, and fully equipped kitchen. Upon signing the contract, you will also be required to pay €380, valid for the entire duration of the contract, in order to take advantage of additional services
