Located on the first floor of a detached house, bright and very spacious. 107 square meters of floor space. It consists of a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and 7 single rooms. The apartment has been beautifully renovated to meet all our students' needs. Equipped with fiber WI-FI, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and all accessories included). It offers a wonderful 80 sqm terrace, very bright and quiet, and has indoor parking for cars, motorcycles, and bicycles.
