A beautiful single room is available for rent, specially renovated to offer comfort and convenience to our students. The room is equipped with an LED TV, a French queen-size bed, a 3-door wardrobe, a desk with storage space, a bedside table, curtains, a mirror, and a bookcase. The colors of the walls promote a positive mood and aid in studying.
About this shared home
Very bright and spacious apartment. Approximately 110 square meters in size. It consists of a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and 6 single rooms with French queen-size beds. The apartment has been beautifully renovated to meet all the needs of our students. Equipped with Wi-Fi, washing machine, and fully equipped kitchen. 1) We do not ask for any monthly security deposit (0 deposit)! 2) We only ask for a one-time initial payment of €390 (this is not a security deposit and will not be refunded) which covers taxes and contract registration costs, maintenance service, cleaning, and initial cleaning of the apartment for the entire period.
