Sant'Antonio area, central location, beautiful single room for rent. Simple room renovated specifically to offer comfort and convenience to our students. The room is equipped with a single bed, parquet flooring, 3-door wardrobe, desk with storage, bedside table, curtains, mirror, bookcase, mirror, shoe rack. The colors of the walls promote good mood and help with studying.

Located on the first floor, very spacious and completely renovated and refurbished with new furnishings! 155 square meters of floor space. It consists of a kitchen, 2 renovated bathrooms with showers, and 6 single rooms. The apartment has been beautifully renovated to meet all the needs of our students. Equipped with WI-FI, washing machine, and fully equipped kitchen. Important points: 1) We do not require a security deposit (0 deposit)! 2) We only require a one-time initial fee of €390 (this is not a security deposit and will not be refunded) which covers taxes and contract registration costs, maintenance service, cleaning, and initial cleaning of the apartment for the entire period.
