Sant'Antonio area, quiet location, beautiful single room for rent. Simple room specially renovated to offer comfort and convenience to our students. The room is equipped with a single bed, 3-door wardrobe, desk with storage, bedside table, curtains, mirror, and bookcase. Very functional walk-in closet with sliding door. The colors of the walls promote good mood and help with studying.

Located on the fourth floor of a modern and elegant building, bright and very spacious. 160 square meters of floor space. It consists of a kitchen with balcony, 3 bathrooms, and 8 single rooms. The apartment has been beautifully renovated to meet all the needs of our students. It is equipped with fiber WI-FI, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, 2 refrigerators, freezer, and all accessories included). It has indoor bike storage. Important points: 1) We do not require a security deposit (0 deposit)! 2) We only require a one-time initial fee of €390 (this is not a security deposit and will not be refunded) which covers taxes and contract registration costs, maintenance service, cleaning, and initial cleaning of the apartment for the entire period.
